Rachel Crust Injured in Hall County Accident on Georgia Highway 369. Justice Available?

A vehicle and tractor-trailer accident in Hall County, Georgia Monday, July 15, 2019 injured one driver. As reported by 11Alive.com, "a tractor-trailer traveling westbound on Georgia Highway 369, ran into a car with five passengers going the opposite direction." The tractor-trailer came upon traffic on GA 369 and crossed the center line to avoid the stopped cars. " A Honda CR-V, driven by 22-year-old Rachel Crust, was headed straight toward the tractor-trailer" and tried to avoid the trailer but was unable to. The Honda hit the tractor-trailer, "causing the driver to be seriously injured and one of its passengers was partially ejected," according to the report.
Per the report, the driver of the tractor-trailer was cited for failure to maintain lane.
